Locations –The Companion Linc corporate office is located in Eagan, MN. We’re currently serving individuals in Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington County.
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide direct service supports to individuals supported by Companion Linc in one of our programs. DSPs are positive supporters to Individuals’ needs and desires by serving as supervision, advocacy, and direct assistance for individuals to successfully participate in educational, leisure, and recreational activities in the community.
As an Employment Specialist, you’ll provide services to individuals who are participating in Employment Exploration, Employment Development or Employment Supports. Employment Specialists help the individuals supported by Companion Linc to complete the steps needed to secure employment, work with employers to customize positions as needed, and support individuals to increase their independence on the job.

Minimum of 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance A resume and completion of screening questions Background clearance Experience supporting individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities is preferred.
